In the context of an ever-changing retail estate, leading retailer Primark were looking for health and safety assistance with their property refurbishment schemes, and specifically with the provision of principal designer advisor services to help them ensure their projects were carried out safely.

Leading French fashion retailer La Redoute were in need of a ‘competent person’ for health and safety to comply with Regulation 7 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. La Redoute engaged Callidus to provide this expertise for them on a consultancy basis, providing technical guidance, competent person service and fire safety training and risk assessments.

M&S required the services of experienced project managers to assist with the management and implementation of works across a selection of their UK stores.

Across the lifetime of the contract, Callidus has delivered a yearly average of £13 million worth of fabric and plant jobs and have successfully managed multiple land and build projects.
