U.K. businesses have an important responsibility to ensure that they meet workplace chemical safety standards and comply with the appropriate regulations. A major problem when aiming to meet these key objectives is that those responsible for compliance often aren't quite sure of the exact body of regulations that apply: OSHA or COSHH.
