Callidus is proudly supporting Mental Health Awareness week - this year’s theme is loneliness.

The pandemic brought loneliness to the fore and whilst life is now returning to normal, our behaviours, work patterns and habits have changed, meaning that people can often feel lonely in their everyday life. There is a clear link between loneliness and mental health issues, so we’re joining the Mental Health Foundation in raising awareness and asking for everyone to address loneliness together in their communities.

Callidus has been appointed to work with Kajima for the second year in a row following a successful tender to provide a Competent Person service and undertake Health and Safety audits across their portfolio of 23 PFI/PPP projects.

Callidus training HQ is back in business. “Due to the restrictions around COVID-19, we have been unable to offer face to face training, and although we have a great online offering, there’s nothing quite like face-to-face delivery which provides a better platform for engagement and group participation.

We did it! The 2021 Callidus Challenge is complete, and we are extremely proud to say that we have exceeded our fundraising target - raising a tremendous £1,656 for MIND.
Huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, and we are very grateful for every donation and messages of support along the way.

We’ve reached the end of our first fundraising event – our brilliant team has cycled, run, and walked all 1,585 miles from their home/office address to the base of Pen Y Ghent.
We’re humbled by the huge generosity we’ve seen towards our fundraising total, and we’re pleased to have now raised £1,160.

We’ve reached 450 miles and raised a tremendous £870. We’re so proud of our fundraising team and are looking forward to our last week and a half. We’re giving it one final push, and we’re hoping we can reach our targets of 1,585 miles and £1,585.

We’ve had a fantastic response to The Callidus Challenge, so we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated to this extra special fundraising event and for helping us to raise awareness for this incredibly important cause.

We’re embarking on a big challenge in aid of MIND and in remembrance of a dear colleague. Our team wanted to do something special, so in true Callidus style, we decided to push ourselves to achieve something momentous, whilst raising money for an incredibly important cause.

Callidus are pleased to announce that following our recent award of Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation, we have now additionally achieved SafePQQ verification which is an extension of the SafeContractor health and safety contractor management system, that provides organisations with greater visibility of their supply chain compliance.
