Client Requirement

The public sector client required a top floor fit-out of a section of an existing office building based in south Manchester.

The project scope was to build a future “Customer Services Centre” which promoted staff ways of working and demonstrated emerging trends of modern, sleek offices within a corporate environment.

The client required a full time onsite Project Manager working in collaboration with the Estates Transformation team and directly managing the Principal contractor to ensure the challenging 17 week programme was achieved.

Our Solution

Callidus were appointed by G4S to provide project managements services for delivery of this corporate office fit out for one of their PFI Clients. Due to extensive Stakeholder involvement one of our first priorities was to implement a clear and concise communication strategy and responsibilities matrix. We became the ‘focal point’ for the project – co-ordinating communications and actions between G4S and their Client.

Our management of Contractor during construction and handover including snagging and testing and commissioning.
