Callidus were called upon to act as Project Manager and Principal Designer, to manage delivery of three schemes for a Government organisation. The schemes were to be delivered simultaneously on site by different Contractors.
The projects consisted of the replacement of air conditioning systems (lifecycle), fire alarm replacement (lifecycle), and the refurbishment of three conference rooms (business driven).
Callidus successfully managed the projects which were delivered to programme and on budget. The Client, G4S were acting as Principal Contractor and our role was to manage the interfaces on site, acting as site coordinators. Two of the projects were delivered in office hours with the third overnight. We continued to monitor night works arranging any necessary shut downs with the Facilities Team ensuring the offices were fully functioning during the day.
