PD/CDM Advisor Framework Appointment
Retail / Energy / Facilities
Our Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services have been developed in line with the requirements of the CDM 2015 Regulations and worked with the M&S Senior Management Team to develop their requirements.
Our unique insight as to how the Regulations should be adopted in the retail sector, due to our involvement in the Construction Client Group consultations for the implementation of CDM15, was recognised by M&S hence our framework appointment.
In the 2015 / 2016 financial year over 100 projects were carried out by the Energy team; with no reported accidents or incidents.
