Michael Goldie, Project Manager

Michael has worked in the construction and facilities sectors for over 10 years and is an experienced and highly capable Project Manager with experience of working in consultancy, client and service provider environments.

Michael started his career as an architectural technician, progressed to building surveying, facilities management (including hard & soft services) and asset management before moving into project delivery.


Specialties: project management, strategy, facilities management, capital investment planning, budget management and ownership of the client’s asset database and Forward Maintenance Register.


Michael has a good communication style and develops excellent rapport with clients, project teams and contractors. Experienced in project and facilities management understanding the demands and complexities of working in challenging live environments.
