Kristian has been a Technical Member of IOSH and member of the APS since 2011 as well as being incorporated into the Chartered Institute of Building in 2006. Having spent the first 10 years of his career working as a Project Coordinator for a medium sized construction company on projects up to £10M prior to moving into Health and Safety Consultancy he has a wealth of construction experience and has successfully undertaken Health & Safety advisory and Principal Designer roles on schemes in excess of £120M. Kristian has had over fourteen years’ practical experience in risk management gained across a variety of sectors and industries making him an ideal candidate to work on a broad range of projects to ensure that statutory compliance is met as well as adding value wherever possible. He is a passionate Health and Safety practitioner with a drive to eliminate risks as early as possible by working closely with the design and construction teams to arrive at solutions and develop strategies that will help deliver projects in the safest, efficient and most cost-effective way.
Kristian can use his considerable multi‐sector experience and his ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to identify Health and Safety issues early to avoid potential additional cost and delay to the project. Kristian has provided a full Principal Designer service for some major clients such as Durham University, Newcastle University, Teesside University, Northumberland County Council, Newcastle County Council, Severn Trent Water, Arriva, Terrace Hill, Peterborough Council, Worldpay and the NHS Trust. Furthermore, he has provided a range of Health and Safety services such as Health and Safety auditing and advisory to companies such as; Engie, RFM, Pinnacle Schools, Aura and Northumbria University.
